1. Define the geography before you judge performance
A North Cornwall firm may serve people beyond North Cornwall township, but the dashboard decision should not blur the township with Lebanon County, Pennsylvania or a broader metropolitan area. Those are different geographic scopes. Bosseo’s public description says the dashboard can show service-and-city keyword targets, city data and lead source information. Ask which geographic labels would appear in your view and whether they describe a search target, a caller’s location, a landing page or another field. The Census record establishes North Cornwall’s relationship to Lebanon County; it does not establish where prospective clients search or retain counsel.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic scope for each practice area before reviewing results. Require a clear answer about what a city label means, how county-level activity is distinguished from township-level activity, and how your firm will handle matters that originate outside North Cornwall.
