1. Start with Newtown’s actual service area
The U.S. Census Bureau records Newtown township as a municipal-town in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 15,260 and a margin of error of 24. That is geographic and population context, not evidence of legal demand, search volume, competition, leads, cases or revenue. It does, however, make geographic definition important. Your firm should decide whether “Newtown” means the township alone, a broader Delaware County service area, or another set of places your lawyers intentionally serve. A dashboard cannot answer that policy question for you.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down the locations and practice areas that count as relevant. Ask Bosseo to show how service-and-city targets, calls and leads would be separated by the geography your firm actually uses. Do not accept a combined county or Pennsylvania total as a substitute for a Newtown view unless that broader scope is deliberate.
