Start with the bottleneck, not a feature list
The Bosseo Custom Software page describes work built around a firm’s workflow, including client portals, intake tools and internal dashboards. It also presents examples such as speed-to-lead tools, referral tracking and tools that connect existing systems. For a New Sewickley firm, the relevant question is not whether a tool sounds modern. It is whether a defined process repeatedly creates delay, duplicate entry or avoidable staff work across the firm’s Beaver County service area. The township’s population estimate is context for geography only; it cannot tell you which operational problem exists inside your office.
Recommended approach
Bring one observable bottleneck to the consultation. Describe who performs the work, what information they receive, where they re-enter it, what decision follows and what happens when the task is missed. Ask Bosseo to challenge the premise as well as scope a build; a standard product may be more appropriate when it already fits the requirement.
