What does Intake Coach provide after an intake call?+
Bosseo says each call produces an analysis that can include an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions.
Does Intake Coach determine whether my firm should accept a matter?+
No such legal decision should be delegated to a product description. Your firm sets its practice-area, jurisdictional, conflict, urgency and attorney-review rules. Intake Coach can help you examine what was said and whether your process captured the information needed for the next decision.
Can a New Hanover firm use the product for callers outside New Hanover?+
The product page does not impose a New Hanover-only boundary. Discuss your actual service area with Bosseo and decide how to separate New Hanover township, Montgomery County and other Pennsylvania inquiries in your review.
Does New Hanover’s population show how many calls my firm will receive?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS 5-year estimate records 13,448 people in New Hanover township, with a margin of error of 36. That figure is geographic context only and does not establish demand, call volume, legal need, competition, leads or revenue.
Who can receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the firm can decide whether coaching goes to the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one recipient. Confirm the available configuration and choose recipients according to your supervision and escalation structure.
Does Intake Coach guarantee better conversion or signed cases?+
No performance result should be assumed. Bosseo describes the product as coaching based on intake conversations, but your firm must measure its own starting point, definitions and outcomes. Automation does not guarantee search visibility, and coaching does not by itself establish a guaranteed business result.
