1. Set the geographic boundary before measuring reputation
Your firm may serve Natrona Heights, other parts of Allegheny County, or a wider Pennsylvania market. Those are different scopes. Natrona Heights is recorded as a CDP within Allegheny County; the population estimate describes people in that place, not households, searches or prospective clients. A review strategy should therefore identify the service area used in your Google Business Profile, website, advertising and intake records rather than treating the CDP population as a demand forecast.
Recommended approach
Write down the places and practice areas the firm actually wants to serve. Then review whether the profile, review requests and reporting use the same geographic language. If you serve beyond Natrona Heights, decide whether the primary reputation question is local visibility, countywide credibility, Pennsylvania-wide recognition or a combination. Bosseo can evaluate the intended scope during a consultation; do not approve a program on population alone.
