Population is useful for identifying the municipality, but it cannot be converted into a forecast of searches, cases or revenue.

Decide whether Munhall should be assessed as one municipality within an Allegheny County footprint, alongside other places the firm actually serves, or as part of a broader Pennsylvania scope.
