What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes connecting calls and later outcomes to the journey. Ask which fields would be available and usable for your firm.
Can it show whether an inquiry came from Mount Lebanon?+
It can be evaluated for that use, but the geographic association should be defined carefully. Mount Lebanon is a township in Allegheny County; a population estimate does not prove that an inquiry came from there or that the person is eligible for a particular service.
Does attribution prove that marketing caused a signed case?+
No system should be treated as proof beyond the records it captures. Attribution can provide a documented path for review. Your firm still needs definitions for source, qualification, consultation and signed matter, along with a way to handle missing or conflicting information.
Does it include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public page says calls can join the same journey record, including call information, case-type tagging and the web session that produced the call. Ask how matching works in your environment and how uncertain matches are identified.
Will I need to change how my intake team works?+
Bosseo states that its instrumentation is intended to run behind the scenes and that staff do not need to maintain UTM spreadsheets or rely on a remembered source question. Confirm the implementation details, responsibilities and any review your firm’s intake process requires.
Can it tell me which pages or channels deserve more budget?+
It is intended to give firms source and outcome information for that discussion. It does not guarantee future results or establish demand. Review records by practice area, geography, qualification and signed matter before changing budget or page strategy.
