1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing reputation performance
Middletown CDP and Northampton County are not interchangeable labels. The Census records Middletown as a CDP within Northampton County; it does not establish how far your firm serves, where clients travel from, or which nearby communities belong in your review and local-visibility decisions. A firm may serve Middletown, the wider county, Pennsylvania or a broader metropolitan area, but those are separate geographic choices. A review program should therefore begin with the locations your firm actually accepts matters from, not with the CDP population estimate. The 7,628 estimate can help identify the place being discussed, but it cannot be used to predict reviews, calls or cases.
Recommended approach
Bring Bosseo a current service-area description and identify whether Middletown is a primary location, one community within a countywide practice, or part of a wider Pennsylvania footprint. Ask how review activity and qualified inquiries will be interpreted across those boundaries.
