1. Define the geographic area before setting the program
The Census record identifies Manor as a municipal township in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. That is narrower than saying an account serves all of Pennsylvania, and it is different from claiming coverage of a metropolitan area. For a Manor firm, the first review should distinguish the township from the additional places the firm is actually willing and able to serve. Bosseo’s public LSA description identifies category and geography targeting as program settings. It does not establish which areas are available for your firm or what demand exists in each one.
Recommended approach
Prepare a service-area map based on accepted matters, travel or remote-service limits, court or agency coverage, and staff capacity. Review Manor and any additional Lancaster County areas separately rather than treating the county as interchangeable with the township. Ask which locations should be included, excluded, or tested and how an out-of-area inquiry will be classified.
