1. Turn a blank website form into a guided explanation
A conventional form asks a visitor to supply a name, contact details and a free-text description. Bosseo’s Video Intake uses a guided video survey that lives on your website. The public product description says the visitor taps a call to action, answers one question at a time, and moves through a branching survey built around the firm’s practice areas. That structure is relevant for a Lower Oxford practice because the township’s location in Chester County does not by itself tell you what every visitor needs. Your intake should distinguish the matters your firm accepts instead of treating every inquiry as the same.
Recommended approach
Review the first questions your staff asks after a web inquiry. Identify which answers are necessary to understand the visitor’s requested service, timing and basic fit. Then decide which questions belong in the video path and which should remain for a later consultation. Do not use the township population estimate as a proxy for the number or type of inquiries the flow will receive.
