1. Define the geographic view before judging ROI
Your firm may describe its market as Lower Moreland, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania or a wider service area. Those labels are not interchangeable. Lower Moreland is recorded as a municipal-town in Montgomery County, and the Census population estimate applies to that township. It does not establish how many people search for legal services, how many cases exist or how many contacts a firm should expect. A useful dashboard conversation therefore starts with geography definitions: which service-and-city targets are tracked, how county-level activity is separated from township-level activity, and whether a reported lead is associated with a location at all. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says it tracks service-and-city keyword targets and can show city data. Have the firm and Bosseo agree on the exact geographic labels that partners will see before using a city comparison to allocate budget.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of the locations your firm intentionally serves. Ask Bosseo to explain how Lower Moreland and Montgomery County would appear in the dashboard, what geographic data is available for calls and forms, and what cannot be concluded from a location label.
