1. Define the service area before writing the first question
The Census record identifies Lebanon as a city in Lebanon County. It does not establish that every visitor lives in the city, and it does not define the firm’s service territory. A Lebanon firm should therefore decide whether Video Intake is intended for Lebanon city, all of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania more broadly, or a narrower set of matters and locations. That choice affects the wording of location questions and the people responsible for reviewing submissions.
Recommended approach
At consultation, bring the firm’s actual service-area rules and any location-based eligibility limits. Review whether the intake should ask where the incident, property, opposing party or client is located, rather than treating a Lebanon address as proof that the matter belongs with the firm.
