1. Separate Lancaster city from Lancaster County in your reporting
Your firm may serve Lancaster city, the rest of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, or a combination of geographic areas. Those are not interchangeable reporting categories. The Census record identifies Lancaster city as a municipality and places it in Lancaster County; it does not establish how many people need legal help, how many inquiries your firm receives, or which geography produces signed matters. If your marketing includes city or county pages, attribution should preserve the actual landing page and source rather than collapsing every inquiry into “Lancaster.”
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic landing pages, referral paths and intake records would be represented in the proposed scope. Decide in advance whether management needs reporting by page, service, source, geography, or a combination. Keep Lancaster city and Lancaster County as distinct labels wherever that distinction affects budget or service decisions.
