1. Start with the geographic definition
A local report can become misleading when “Kennett Square” means different things in different tiles. The Census record identifies Kennett Square borough and its relationship to Chester County. That does not establish that every caller, ranking target or client is inside the borough. A useful review should distinguish the borough from Chester County and any other locations the firm elects to track. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its ranking view can include service-and-city targets and that decisions can examine which cities produce calls. Those statements support reviewing geographic labels; they do not establish results for Kennett Square.
Recommended approach
Ask to see how a location is named in ranking, lead and attribution records. Decide whether the firm needs separate labels for the borough, Chester County and other approved service areas. Do not treat the borough’s population estimate as a forecast of matters or revenue.
