1. Start with Jackson’s actual service boundary
The Census record identifies Jackson township as a municipal town in Lebanon County. It does not establish that every person in the township is a prospective client, nor does it define your firm’s service area. A Video Intake flow should therefore reflect the geographic boundaries your firm actually accepts rather than treating “Jackson” as a proxy for the whole market. If your practice serves Lebanon County, nearby communities, or a wider Pennsylvania area, those distinctions belong in the intake questions and routing rules you review.
Recommended approach
Write down the locations you serve, the locations you do not serve, and any location facts that affect eligibility. Decide whether location should be asked at the beginning, after practice-area selection, or only when a matter requires it. Review how a submission should be handled when the visitor is in Jackson but the legal issue, opposing party, property, accident, or court is elsewhere.
