1. Start with your real service territory, not a population assumption
Jackson township is recorded in Butler County, Pennsylvania. A law firm may serve Jackson, other Butler County communities, a wider Pennsylvania area, or clients outside the township. Those boundaries affect which callers your team considers appropriate, how it handles referrals, and which matters require attorney review. The township’s population estimate is useful for identifying the municipal geography, but it cannot tell you how many people contact your firm or what kinds of matters they bring. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your firm’s actual territory and eligibility rules.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, write down the locations you serve, the matters you accept, the matters you decline, and the circumstances that require a referral or attorney escalation. Ask to see how coaching can be interpreted within those rules rather than treating a Jackson location page or population figure as a forecast.
