What can Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo describes a record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. Its public page also describes connecting calls and reviewing outcomes such as consultation and signed case.
Can Indiana borough and Indiana County be reported separately?+
They are different geographic relationships: Indiana borough is recorded as a municipality, and the Census record places it in Indiana County. Whether your reporting should separate them depends on your service area, intake labels and routing decisions.
Does the population estimate show how many leads my firm should expect?+
No. The 2020–2024 ACS estimate for Indiana borough is 14,212, with a margin of error of 47. It is geographic eligibility context, not evidence of demand, competition, search volume, leads, cases or revenue.
Does the system include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says phone calls can join the same journey record, with the call information connected to the web journey that preceded it. Your consultation should establish how that fits your current call and intake arrangements.
Will attribution require my intake team to ask where someone heard about us?+
Bosseo says its attribution runs behind the scenes and does not require manual tagging or a “how did you hear about us?” script. Your firm should still review how qualification, ownership, escalation and follow-up are recorded.
Can attribution prove that a marketing channel caused a signed case?+
It can provide a documented journey and connect source information with intake and later outcome records as described by Bosseo. Interpretation still depends on accurate firm records; no attribution view guarantees demand, rankings, cases or revenue.
