1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing ROI
A dashboard can only answer a location question that has been defined first. Greensburg city and Westmoreland County are not interchangeable geographic labels, and neither label automatically describes every place your firm serves. Before reviewing a city or county view, decide whether the relevant unit is Greensburg city, Westmoreland County, another Pennsylvania location, or a broader service area. The Census record identifies Greensburg city as a municipality and records its relationship to Westmoreland County. It does not say where prospective clients search, live, call from or retain counsel. Bosseo's public page says its dashboard can show case-type and city data and can track service-and-city keyword targets. Use the consultation to determine which location definitions would be visible and how they would be kept distinct.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geographic list to the review. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how a Greensburg result would be distinguished from a Westmoreland County result and from other Pennsylvania targets. Do not approve a location view merely because it displays a familiar place name.
