1. Define Greene correctly before choosing coverage
The Census record identifies Greene as Greene township, a municipal-town in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. That distinction matters. A page for Greene township is not automatically a page for every community in Franklin County, nor does a township population figure describe the county, Pennsylvania as a whole, or a metropolitan area. Bosseo’s public page says the program can be scoped to a whole state or only selected counties. For a firm evaluating Greene, the first decision is therefore geographic: whether Greene belongs inside a Franklin County footprint, a broader Pennsylvania footprint, or a smaller set of locations the firm actually serves.
Recommended approach
Bring Bosseo a precise service-area list. Ask for a proposed map that separates Greene township, other Franklin County locations, and any communities outside the county. Approve only locations the firm can genuinely serve and explain to prospective clients.
