1. Start with the correct East Lampeter geography
A dashboard is only useful when its geographic labels match the decisions your firm makes. The Census identifies East Lampeter township as a municipal-town in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Your firm may serve the township, other Lancaster County communities, a wider Pennsylvania area or clients who contact you from outside the immediate service area. Those are different reporting questions. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show keyword coverage, city data, calls, leads and source attribution. During review, ask how the dashboard would distinguish an East Lampeter inquiry from a broader Lancaster County inquiry and from a Pennsylvania-wide matter. Do not treat the township’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or cases.
Recommended approach
Define geographic fields before accepting a report: township, county, other service locations and statewide coverage. Ask to see how location is represented in keyword tracking, lead records and attribution. If the product’s displayed geography does not match the firm’s intake language, resolve that difference before using location-based decisions.
