Define what an East Caln inquiry means before you measure it
A location label does not tell you whether an inquiry fits your practice. East Caln is a township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and the Census estimate describes the population of the municipality—not the number of potential clients, legal matters or searches. Your attribution model should therefore distinguish geography from qualification. A visit from East Caln, a matter involving someone elsewhere in Chester County and a referral from outside Pennsylvania are not automatically the same business opportunity. Decide which geographic relationships matter to your firm and record them consistently with the case type and intake answers. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says intake answers can be attached to a lead’s journey and that journeys can be evaluated through consultation and signed-case outcomes.
Recommended approach
Bring a written definition of a qualified inquiry to the consultation. Include the practice area, serviceable geography, disqualifying circumstances and the point at which an inquiry becomes a consultation or signed case. Do not use the East Caln population estimate as a forecast.
