1. Start with the firm’s actual Cranberry service area
Cranberry township is a municipal town in Butler County, Pennsylvania. A firm may serve Cranberry while also accepting matters from elsewhere, but the township, county and broader Pennsylvania service areas should not be treated as interchangeable. Population is eligibility evidence only; it does not show how many people will call, which practice areas will generate inquiries or whether the firm needs additional staffing. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against the calls your firm already receives or expects to handle, rather than against a population estimate.
Recommended approach
Define which callers and matters are in scope before reviewing coaching. Separate Cranberry inquiries from Butler County inquiries and from matters outside the firm’s geographic or practice-area limits. Ask whether the intake team records the caller’s location, jurisdiction, matter type, deadlines and next step consistently enough for a review to be useful.
