1. Start with the geographic question, not the dashboard tiles
Crafton is a borough in Allegheny County. A firm may serve people in Crafton while also handling matters elsewhere in the county, the wider Pittsburgh area or other Pennsylvania locations. Those are different geographic questions. A dashboard should not blur a Crafton location, an Allegheny County service area and a statewide practice into one total. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show keyword rankings and city data, but the firm still needs to decide which locations belong in each review.
Recommended approach
Ask for a clear geographic definition for every tracked target: Crafton, Allegheny County, a broader metropolitan area or Pennsylvania. Review whether a ranking, call, form or matter is being attributed to the intended geography. Treat Crafton’s population record as a description of the place, not a forecast of cases or revenue.
