1. Start with Crafton’s exact service geography
Crafton is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. A firm may serve Crafton while also accepting matters elsewhere in the county or in other Pennsylvania locations. Those geographic distinctions matter when you interpret a landing page, referral, or inquiry. A Crafton page should not automatically be treated as evidence that every related inquiry came from Crafton, and a countywide campaign should not be credited to the borough without a reliable trail. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution description says the product can show a channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail for a lead. It also describes roll-ups by channel, case type and page. That makes geographic review a measurement question: which page or channel produced the inquiry, and does the person’s matter fall inside your accepted service area?
Recommended approach
Before changing marketing allocation, define the geographic labels your firm actually uses: Crafton, Allegheny County, broader Pennsylvania coverage, and any other areas you serve. Review whether the available journey and intake information distinguishes those areas accurately. Do not use Crafton’s population estimate as a forecast of leads or cases.
