1. Define the territory before judging a source
Collier township and Allegheny County are different geographic scopes. A report that combines township activity with countywide activity can make a small local segment look like a complete market, or hide the difference between a Collier resident and someone elsewhere in Pennsylvania. Lead Attribution can show the source journey for a specific inquiry; it does not turn population data into a forecast. During evaluation, decide whether your records should distinguish Collier township, the rest of Allegheny County, and other Pennsylvania locations when that information is collected.
Recommended approach
Ask to see how location is represented in the lead record and how you will compare township-level inquiries with broader county or Pennsylvania activity. Keep geography as a filter for analysis, not as evidence that a channel will produce cases.
