1. Start with Chambersburg’s actual service boundary
Your firm may serve people in Chambersburg, elsewhere in Franklin County, or beyond it. Those are different geographic decisions. Chambersburg borough’s recorded county relationship is Franklin County, and the Census estimate covers the borough itself. It does not describe every household or individual your firm may serve, and it does not establish how many prospective clients contact you. Before evaluating coaching, define the calls that belong in scope: calls from the borough, calls from elsewhere in Franklin County, calls routed to a regional office, or calls handled for a particular practice area. Intake Coach’s public description centers on reviewing intake calls, scoring conversations, summarizing purpose and key facts, and providing call-specific coaching. That makes service-area definition an intake-routing question, not a population-based prediction.
Recommended approach
Bring a recent description of your call paths to the consultation. Decide whether the relevant unit is the caller’s location, the matter’s jurisdiction, the team member who answers, or the practice group that owns follow-up. Ask how those distinctions would appear in the proposed configuration and measurement plan.
