1. Review the response paths your Cecil practice actually uses
A caller connected with your firm may speak with an intake representative, an attorney, or another person responsible for the next step. Some conversations may require a callback, a consultation, additional facts or a decision that the matter is outside the firm’s scope. Intake Coach’s public description says that every intake call is recorded, transcribed and tagged by case type, then analyzed with an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer and a call-quality review. It also describes specific suggestions tied to the conversation.
Recommended approach
Map the paths a caller can take before you evaluate the product. Include who answers, what happens when the person responsible for intake is unavailable, how a callback is assigned, and what information must reach the attorney. Use Cecil and Washington County as service-area labels where they accurately describe your practice, not as evidence that a particular type of caller will contact you.
