Start with the right geographic scope
The U.S. Census Bureau records Carroll township as a municipal-town in York County, Pennsylvania, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 7,079 and a margin of error of 23. That figure describes the township’s population; it does not establish search demand, competition, legal need, leads or revenue. It also does not describe all of York County or every community your firm may serve. Your review plan should therefore distinguish Carroll township from York County and from any wider service area used in your public profile.
Recommended approach
Before changing review requests or profile language, list the geographic areas your firm actually serves, the areas represented on your Google Business Profile and the areas attached to each practice page. Use that comparison to decide whether the profile needs clearer service-area language, separate location decisions or no geographic change at all.
