Set the geographic decision before setting a budget
Bryn Mawr is a census-designated place associated with both Delaware County and Montgomery County. That relationship matters when you decide whether your firm wants inquiries from Bryn Mawr itself, selected areas in either county, or a wider Pennsylvania service territory. It does not establish that people in any of those places are searching for a lawyer or that a particular budget will produce leads. Bosseo’s public Local Services Ads description identifies practice-area categories and service areas as program settings. The useful starting point is therefore a deliberate service-area review, not a population-based forecast.
Recommended approach
List the locations your firm is genuinely prepared to serve and the locations it would not accept. Separate Bryn Mawr from broader county or metropolitan coverage in the discussion so that an inquiry’s geography can be evaluated against your actual intake policy.
