1. Set the geography before reading the numbers
Brookhaven borough is a municipality in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate for the borough is 8,331, with a margin of error of 23. That is a measured population estimate, not evidence of legal demand, competition, search volume, leads or revenue. A dashboard should therefore distinguish Brookhaven from Delaware County and from any broader Pennsylvania or metropolitan reporting area your firm chooses to serve. Bosseo’s public page says its dashboard can show keyword movement, lead information and city data. That makes geographic definitions a practical acceptance question: what does a “city” or location label mean in the report, and which service area does each record belong to?
Recommended approach
Ask to see how a Brookhaven-related inquiry would be separated from a Delaware County inquiry and from a wider Pennsylvania inquiry. Approve the dashboard only after your firm can identify the geography represented by each ranking, call, form, lead and matter. Do not treat the borough’s population estimate as a forecast of performance.
