1. Set the geographic boundary before you judge performance
Aston township and Delaware County are not interchangeable reporting areas. A dashboard review should show whether a location label refers to Aston, the county, Pennsylvania, or another area. The Census identifies Aston township as part of Delaware County and records the population estimate for that municipal-town, not for every household, individual or legal market around it. That distinction matters when you review city and case-type trends. A result associated with Delaware County should not automatically be described as an Aston result, and a Pennsylvania ranking should not be treated as local proof.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the geographic fields used for rankings, calls, leads and source attribution. Decide which locations your partners need to see separately, and document whether a report item is an Aston measure, a Delaware County measure or a broader Pennsylvania measure.
