1. Start with the service area—not the population estimate
Your firm may serve Allentown alone, Allentown and other parts of Lehigh County, or a broader Pennsylvania area. Those are different geographic decisions. The Census record identifies Allentown as a municipality and records its county relationship as Lehigh County; it does not establish where your prospective clients search, where your attorneys accept matters, or how many inquiries an LSA campaign could produce. Bosseo’s public LSA page describes category and geography targeting, including practice-area categories and service areas. That makes geographic coverage a decision to review rather than a conclusion to assume.
Recommended approach
Bring a precise service map to the consultation. Identify locations you accept, locations you exclude, travel limits, and any difference between your legal service area and your office location. Ask how those boundaries would be reflected in the LSA profile and how out-of-area inquiries would be identified during lead review.
