Set the geography before you interpret the numbers
A Sweet Home firm needs a precise answer to a basic measurement question: what does “local” mean in its reporting? Sweet Home city is recorded in Linn County. A dashboard review should therefore distinguish Sweet Home city from the wider county and from any other service area the firm intentionally serves. The city’s population estimate is useful context for identifying the municipality, but it cannot be treated as evidence that residents are searching for a particular legal service or that a marketing channel will produce cases. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city data as part of decision-making and describes rankings by service-and-city target. That makes geographic definitions an implementation decision, not a conclusion to assume.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of the places your firm actually wants to evaluate. Ask which geography appears beside each tracked service, call, lead and source, and how the dashboard handles activity that cannot be assigned confidently to Sweet Home or Linn County.
