What does Bosseo say Lead Attribution shows?+
Bosseo’s public product page says it can show a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions, intake answers and outcome, with journey information available in the ROI Dashboard. Confirm the specific scope for your firm during the consultation.
Can the product include phone calls?+
Bosseo says calls can join the same journey record and connect with the web session that produced the call. Ask how your firm’s phone data, transcript information and case-type tags would be handled, including applicable privacy and access requirements.
Does attribution prove that a marketing channel caused a signed case?+
It can provide a documented journey and outcome record, but your firm still needs consistent intake, qualification and outcome rules. Attribution does not make an uncertain record certain, and it does not establish future performance.
Can Springfield and Lane County be reported separately?+
That is a reporting question to resolve in consultation. Springfield is a municipality recorded in Lane County. Ask how geographic scope will be defined so city and county observations are not combined without explanation.
Will attribution guarantee rankings or inquiries?+
No such guarantee should be assumed from attribution. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. The product is for reviewing observed journeys and outcomes, not promising rankings, demand or lead volume.
Do we need to change our intake process?+
Bosseo’s public page says attribution runs behind the scenes and that staff do not need to rely on manual tagging or a remembered “how did you hear about us?” answer. Your firm should still confirm which intake fields, permissions, retention practices and outcome rules are required for implementation.
