1. Put River Road geography into the measurement plan
River Road CDP is recorded in Lane County, Oregon. A firm may serve River Road alone, Lane County, a wider Oregon market or several separate service areas. Those scopes should not be blended. The dashboard page describes city and case-type views, but the relevant geographic definition for your firm still needs to be agreed. A River Road target, a Lane County target and a statewide target answer different questions. The Census population estimate provides context for the place; it does not establish search volume, competition, calls, cases or revenue.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, write down the exact geographic labels you want to review. Ask whether rankings, calls, forms and leads can be separated by the locations and service areas that matter to your firm. Treat any geographic result as a measured observation only after the definition, date range and source are clear.
