What does Intake Coach analyze?+
Bosseo’s public product description says each intake call receives an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Ask for a current demonstration and confirm what applies to your proposed configuration.
Can Intake Coach decide whether my firm should accept a case?+
No such decision should be delegated to a score or estimate. Your firm should define its own practice-area, jurisdiction, conflict, urgency and professional-responsibility rules. Intake Coach can be evaluated as a source of conversation review and coaching within those rules.
Does Portland’s population tell me how many calls we will receive?+
No. Portland’s 2020–2024 ACS population estimate is 641,165, but population does not establish call volume, legal demand, competition, leads, staffing needs or revenue. Use your firm’s own intake records and service geography when deciding what to measure.
Who can receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says the firm can choose the representative, intake manager, owner or more than one recipient. Confirm the available controls, permissions and review responsibilities during consultation.
Do I need another Bosseo service?+
The public page connects Intake Coach with Bosseo’s AI Phone System and describes related handoffs to AI Answering, Automation and ROI Dashboard. That does not establish that every service is required. Ask Bosseo to separate essential scope from optional services for your existing phone and follow-up arrangements.
Will coaching guarantee more signed cases?+
No guarantee should be assumed. The product page presents coaching as a way to improve intake conversations, while scores and estimates remain operational indicators. Evaluate the service using defined review questions and your own records, without promising a particular conversion, case or revenue result.
