Start with the Oak Hills service area, not an abstract platform
Your firm may serve people in Oak Hills while operating from elsewhere in Washington County or Oregon. That distinction matters when you decide what the software must represent. A client portal, intake tool or internal dashboard should use the geographic labels your firm actually needs for matters, contacts, referrals and reporting. Oak Hills is a CDP, and Washington County is the recorded county relationship; neither fact tells you how your practice should categorize a matter. The useful decision is whether location belongs in the workflow at all, and if so, where it should be stored and displayed.
Recommended approach
List the geographic fields your staff currently uses, then identify which are necessary for intake, matter handling, reporting or client communication. Ask Bosseo to review whether those definitions belong in the proposed tool, an existing system, or nowhere. Do not add Oak Hills-specific fields merely because a location page uses the name.
