1. Start with the geographic question your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies McMinnville city and its relationship to Yamhill County. It does not establish that every resident is a prospective client, that a particular practice area has demand, or that a county-wide audience should be measured in the same way as the city. A useful dashboard therefore needs an explicit geographic scope. You may want to distinguish McMinnville from Yamhill County in reporting rather than treating every contact as interchangeable. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show case-type and city data, including which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a practical discussion for the consultation.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to explain how city and county labels would be defined, reviewed and shown for your firm. Decide whether McMinnville is the primary location, whether Yamhill County is a separate service area, and which location questions partners need answered before budget decisions are made.
