Does Green’s population determine whether AI Answering is a fit?+
No. Green’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 7,541, with a margin of error of 833. That is geographic context only. It does not prove legal demand, call volume, leads, cases or revenue. Review your firm’s own unanswered calls and coverage needs.
What happens when my team does not answer?+
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page says your team gets the first ring and the AI can pick up when nobody answers within 20 seconds. The page also describes nights, weekends, holidays and overflow coverage. Confirm the routing arrangement and scope for your firm during consultation.
What information can the system capture?+
Bosseo says the system can guide callers through their situation and capture case type, timeline and contact details. It also describes a transcript, case summary and caller information after the call. Your firm should decide which questions are appropriate and which issues require human review.
Where do call details go?+
The public product page says transcripts, summaries and caller information can be delivered to your inbox or case-management system. Confirm the destination, ownership and review process that fit your firm.
Can AI Answering replace my front desk or attorneys?+
Bosseo describes it as a safety net: calls ring your team first, and the AI answers calls that would otherwise go unanswered. It captures information and provides a summary; your firm remains responsible for deciding how to handle the matter, including legal advice, conflicts and representation.
How should a Douglas County firm evaluate the service?+
Use your actual service boundary and call records. Review unanswered calls, after-hours coverage, overflow handling, intake questions, ownership, escalation and summary delivery. Do not use Green’s population as a substitute for those operating facts.
