Use Estacada’s geography to define the intake question—not to guess demand
Your firm may serve people in Estacada, elsewhere in Clackamas County, or beyond it. The Census identifies Estacada as a municipality in Clackamas County, but it does not show where your callers come from or how many calls you receive. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against your actual service area and call flow. Start by separating Estacada callers from other geographic sources only if that distinction is relevant to your practice and lawful intake process. Then ask whether the same qualification questions, callback expectations, and escalation rules apply across those areas. The point is not to predict demand from a population estimate. It is to make sure the team handles the geographic facts that callers actually provide consistently.
Recommended approach
Bring your intended service-area definition to the consultation. Decide whether location should be a qualification question, a routing condition, or simply a fact recorded for attorney review. Do not use the Estacada population estimate as a forecast of leads or matters.
