1. Start with the footprint you can actually serve
Bosseo says its programmatic SEO scope can cover an entire state or only selected counties. For an Eagle Point firm, the relevant starting relationship is Eagle Point city within Jackson County—not a claim about every Oregon searcher or every nearby market. The Census record identifies Eagle Point as a municipality and records Jackson County as its county relationship. It does not establish that residents are searching for a particular legal service or that a page will rank.
Recommended approach
Define the service area before discussing page volume. List the Jackson County cities and communities your firm is prepared to serve, then decide whether the site should cover only that county or a broader Oregon footprint. Exclude places where the firm does not accept matters, cannot provide a meaningful local explanation, or would struggle to respond to an inquiry. Treat the footprint as a service decision first and an SEO decision second.
