1. Set the geographic question before reviewing the dashboard
The dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets, city data, keyword rankings and calls. That makes geographic definition an early decision. Cornelius is a municipality in Washington County, Oregon; it is not interchangeable with the county, the Portland metropolitan area, Oregon as a whole, or households and individuals within the city. A report can become misleading if a firm treats a broad Oregon ranking as proof of Cornelius performance, or treats a Cornelius call as proof that a case will be signed.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Cornelius target would be distinguished from Washington County and broader Oregon targets. Decide which geography belongs in each review: the city, the county, another named market, or a combination. Keep those labels visible when comparing rankings, calls and leads. Do not approve a dashboard view until your team agrees what geographic question each view answers.
