Start with the Aloha service footprint, not a generic software wish list
Aloha is recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau as a census-designated place in Washington County, Oregon. Its 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 52,389, with a margin of error of 2,179. That figure describes the place’s population estimate; it does not establish legal demand, lead volume, competition or revenue. It does, however, give your firm a precise geographic frame for deciding which client-facing or intake workflow should be examined first. If your practice serves Aloha and nearby areas, define that service footprint internally before asking software to route, qualify or report anything. A tool cannot correct an unclear operating definition.
Recommended approach
Write down which matters, contacts and referral relationships belong in the Aloha service view, then identify the first manual step that affects them. Treat geography as a field to define and test, not as proof that a build is warranted.
