1. Start with the call path, not the population figure
Yukon’s recorded geography is specific: it is a city in Canadian County, Oklahoma. The available Census figure describes the municipality and its residents; it does not establish how many people call a particular law firm, where callers live, what practice areas they need or whether calls arrive after hours. For your firm, the first product decision is therefore operational. Identify which callers should reach your team first, which calls may need a fallback and which information a lawyer or intake employee needs before calling back. Bosseo describes AI Answering as a backstop: calls ring your team first, and the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow.
Recommended approach
Review your current forwarding rule, unanswered-call behavior and callback ownership. Keep the Yukon and Canadian County geography in your service description only where it reflects the area you actually serve. Do not use the population estimate as a forecast of call volume.
