1. Define the geographic view before judging ROI
Your first decision is geographic. Wagoner city and Wagoner County are not interchangeable, and neither is automatically the same as an Oklahoma-wide service area. The Census record identifies Wagoner as a municipality in Wagoner County and estimates 8,082 residents for the city in the 2020–2024 ACS 5-year period. That is useful for naming the location in a review, but it cannot tell you how many people search for a lawyer, where a caller lives, or which geography produces a signed matter. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text describes city data, service-and-city targets and location-related questions as part of its reporting scope.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show exactly how a Wagoner target is defined. Decide whether your review should separate Wagoner city, Wagoner County and any broader Oklahoma targets. Do not combine them in one ROI conclusion. Require a written definition for location, practice area, referral source and matter status before treating a geographic tile as evidence.
