1. Set the footprint around the clients you actually serve
The Census record identifies Sapulpa as a municipality and records relationships with Creek County and Tulsa County. Those relationships matter when you decide whether a Sapulpa page is enough or whether county-level coverage better reflects the firm’s practice. They do not establish that residents are searching for a particular service, that one county is more valuable, or that statewide coverage will perform better. Bosseo’s public product description says the engine can be scoped to the whole state or only selected counties. That gives you a concrete choice rather than a reason to assume a footprint.
Recommended approach
List the cities, counties and service areas the firm is prepared to serve today. Compare a Sapulpa-only scope with Creek County, Tulsa County, both counties and a broader Oklahoma scope. Keep only areas that match intake capacity, court or service realities and the firm’s stated practice. Treat expansion as a decision to review, not an automatic outcome.
