1. Set the geographic boundary before you design the flow
Your firm may serve people in Mustang, elsewhere in Canadian County, or additional Oklahoma communities. Those are different audiences, and the intake should not silently treat them as one. The Census record identifies Mustang city as a municipality in Canadian County; it does not establish where prospective clients come from or which matters your firm accepts. A useful review begins by listing the locations your firm actually serves and separating Mustang inquiries from any broader service area. The population estimate can help define the size of the municipality being discussed, but it cannot prove legal demand, competition, search activity, leads, cases or revenue.
Recommended approach
Decide whether the first location question should identify Mustang, another Canadian County location, or a place outside your service area. Then specify the response for each outcome: continue, request clarification, route for review, or stop the intake with appropriate general guidance. Keep the geographic question narrowly connected to eligibility rather than using population as a proxy for need.
