1. Start with the geographic definition
A dashboard can become misleading when a firm treats Mustang, Canadian County, Oklahoma or a broader metropolitan area as interchangeable. They are not the same geographic scope. The Census record identifies Mustang city as a municipality in Canadian County; it does not say how many people search for a lawyer, where clients travel from or which geography should receive marketing credit. Ask Bosseo to show exactly how locations are named, grouped and displayed for your account. If your firm serves Mustang and areas beyond it, separate those views rather than blending them into one unexplained total.
Recommended approach
Write the geography policy before reviewing performance: which city names, county relationships and broader service areas are included; whether a call is assigned by the caller’s stated location, landing page, campaign or another rule; and which locations partners want to compare. Treat any city-level view as a measurement choice, not proof of demand.
