What does Intake Coach review after an intake call?+
Bosseo’s public product description says the review includes an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. Confirm the configuration and review scope for your firm during the consultation.
Does Intake Coach decide whether my firm accepts a case?+
No such decision should be assumed. Intake Coach can support review of the conversation, but your firm remains responsible for legal judgment, qualification standards, conflicts procedures, engagement decisions, and escalation rules.
Can a Kingfisher firm use different response paths for different service areas?+
That is a configuration and workflow question to settle with Bosseo and your firm. Explain whether inquiries from Kingfisher, Kingfisher County, or other Oklahoma locations follow different ownership, urgency, or attorney-review rules.
Who should receive the coaching?+
Bosseo’s public page says coaching can be directed to the representative, intake manager, owner, or more than one of those recipients. Decide who needs call-level feedback and who needs trend-level oversight before implementation.
Does the product cover calls handled outside regular hours?+
The public product page describes Intake Coach as part of the Bosseo AI Phone System and says calls handled by the AI answering system can be recorded, transcribed, scored, and coached. Ask Bosseo to explain how that applies to your after-hours and overflow workflow.
What should we bring to a consultation?+
Bring your service-area definition, intake questions, approved response paths, escalation rules, follow-up ownership, recording and transcription requirements, and the measures you already use. Be prepared to identify which decisions require attorney review.
