1. Start with definitions, not the headline number
The dashboard page describes lead classification by contact type, including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, along with case-type tagging. It also describes leads and matters by case type and source attribution. Those distinctions matter for a Harrah-serving firm because a single total can mix new inquiries, existing-client calls, vendors, spam and matters unrelated to the practice areas the firm wants to evaluate. The local fact is narrow but useful: Harrah is recorded as a municipality in Oklahoma County. That relationship should be reflected in the firm’s geographic definitions rather than treated as proof that every Oklahoma County contact came from Harrah or that every Harrah contact became a case.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review the proposed definitions with the people who answer calls, manage forms and record matters. Decide whether the dashboard will distinguish Harrah from the rest of Oklahoma County and from any broader service area. Require an agreed rule for what counts as a lead, qualified intake, signed matter and collected revenue. Do not approve a scorecard until those terms match the firm’s own records.
